Debra Eszler

Debra Eszler, head teacher at Brentwood Adventist Christian School, has been teaching for 30+ years in the Adventist school system. This year, she is teaching grades K-3. She has been in the Dakota Conference for a few years now and loves the rolling hills and big sky of North Dakota. She often tells people that she counts her years here by the winters she has survived; but really, she loves North Dakota and thinks it is a great place to raise children. She enjoys hiking, being outdoors, reading, and gardening.

Debra has two adult children married to wonderful spouses and she has a very supportive husband.  The highlights of her life are her three grandchildren. All three of her grandchildren are adorable and love books. Debra loves teaching children and trying new techniques and strategies in her classroom; she especially loves to play games with her students and go sledding. She looks forward to having another great school year, and is excited to tell her students more about Jesus!
